North Bay Village Human Resources Department provides several diversified services to employees and assistance to all departments in regards to personnel matters. These services include labor relations, classification, health and safety, benefits administration, recruitment/retention, and training & development.
Because the Village is committed to maintaining a Drug Free Workplace and hiring safe & competent employees, a requirement for new hires to submit to a physical examination and drug screening is a condition of employment, as is a background check via local and national databases.
