The North Bay Village Optimists
This group meets regularly and sponsors a variety of on-going events to benefit community youths, including after-school basketball teams and a number of scholarship programs. Among local activities sponsored by the Optimists are the Annual 5-mile, 3-Island Run, one of the area's most popular foot races, attracting hundreds of visitors to the City.
