Roland D. Pandolfi
Acting Police Chief
 I am a proud member of the North Bay Village Police Department currently assigned to the Office of the Chief, Commander of Special Projects and Code Enforcement. During my almost 10 years of service, I had the privilege to serve the community of North Bay Village in the capacity of Patrol Officer, Traffic Enforcement Officer, Field Training Officer, Patrol Sergeant and Shift Commander.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Union Institute and University, a Masters Degree in Management with a Human Resource Specialization from Saint Thomas University and am currently completing my doctoral studies in Applied Management and Decision Science. I am scheduled to receive my Ph.D. in 2008.
I conducted research in Leadership Development, Intervention Strategies in Human Services and Criminal Justice, Human Resource Management and Development, Emergency Management and Homeland Security, as well as Tropical Cyclone Preparation, Mitigation, and Recovery. During my tenure with the North Bay Village Police Department, I also had the opportunity to participate in an extensive array of middle management and homeland security training courses. In May 2007, I graduated from The Florida Executive Development Seminar sponsored by the FBI and the Florida Chief’s Education and Research Foundation.
I am married to Maria and have two beautiful children. I look forward to serving the citizen of North Bay Village for many years to come.
